Does Leica believe that it's perfect as is?
Advertisement Posted June 27, 2018 Posted June 27, 2018 Hi Guest, Take a look here Why no M10 Firmware update yet?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
UliWer Posted June 27, 2018 Share #2 Posted June 27, 2018 Seems as if not much was missed which could be changed by firmware. (I know, I know: the f-stop in the EXIF...)
jaapv Posted June 27, 2018 Share #3 Posted June 27, 2018 A firmware update must make sense, even on a non-perfect camera, written and extensively tested. Leica does not have the number of IT staff like the Japanese giants. It will take time, if needed at all.

Does Leica believe that it's perfect as is? I think UliWer has it - the camera is really pretty good as it is, but I’ve no doubt there will be an update before too long. (I know, I know: the f-stop in the EXIF...) there are few issues, such as temperature warning message, centering cross hair, exposure compensation errors, etc.
