From LeicaRumors:

https://leicarumors.com/2018/05/28/new-leica-mirrorless-camera-to-be-announced-in-june-leica-c-m.aspx/

Summary for those who don't like to click:

- New mirrorless camera

- Between the CL and SL models (hmm)

- L-mount

- Full-frame

- Called Leica C-M or Leica CM

- New sensor with outstanding high ISO capability

- To be announced around June 14, 2018

- 5 new mirrorless lenses to be released over the next 18-24 months

While it's "just a rumor", I'll note that almost all the LeicaRumors, including new cameras like the CL, as well as new lenses like the 75 Noctilux, eventually turn out to materialize.  Peter's sources seem to be pretty good by and large.

Could this be a new full-frame version of the CL?  A smaller (or, as Dr. Kaufmann reported in a recent interview, "more elegant") SL?

Any guesses?

I can't wait to see what is unveiled. Having a smaller full-frame system slotted in between the CL/TL2 and SL would be terrific. I love the SL and shoot with it often, especially for more formal photo shoots, but it is too large to carry in some casual situations (I don't have any issue with the size, but my family complains about how large the system is). I don't love the CL/TL2 solutions so much because I find them to be compromises along some dimensions I don't want to make. I hope a mini SL will be the Goldilocks solution.
