fatihayoglu Posted May 11, 2018 Share #2 Posted May 11, 2018 Hi all I cant work out how to get long exposures eg 30s on the M10. Can someone help? Thanks Set the shutter speed to B and then front button. That should open the secret page on the screen for you to choose shutter speeds unto 120s.
a.noctilux Posted May 11, 2018 Share #3 Posted May 11, 2018 That is nice ! May I add that it depend on the ISO setting also: - 100 to 400 ISO max 125s - 800 ISO only to 60s -1600 ISO max 32s that would be max ISO for the OP (30s asking) ... at 6400 ISO only 8s max

I couldn't find any in the manual. Charles
a.noctilux Posted May 15, 2018 Share #5 Posted May 15, 2018 Hello, Charles, this function is in M10's manual : Leica M10 GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING. I have a paper manual for M10 that came with the camera it's maybe the same as yours. French and NL in same book: you may read that in page 174. In FR, it's page 62 (I just compare as I don't read/write/speak NL). But not (in the manual) what I added in limitations with ISO setting.
Scott997 Posted May 15, 2018 Share #6 Posted May 15, 2018 I have shot plenty long exposures at base iso for 125 second duration. Light painted my GT3. =)

Yes, thanks, you are right, I missed that (or rather, I didn't yet read the complete manual) Charles
