I shoot a ton with all sorts of lenses, from pre WWII to current, from 21 to 135mm on a 240.  I've never had any of these problems

 

Maybe because I turned off lens detection. 

 

Only thing I get, and rarely, is CA in corners in bright conditions, easily fixed in PS / Camera Raw Filter - & also occasionally with desaturation for occasional tougher cases using the eye dropper tool
