Hello AudioBear,

Welcome to the Forum.

I think that replacement feet should be available from anyone who sells the tripods.

You might also look in a hardware store in the key making department or go to a locksmith.. You might find plastic key head covers that would fit.

By the way, this is a very good tripod which should last pretty much for ever with very little care. It does very well with a large ball head on it like a Leitz/Leica #14121 which is sometimes referred to by the letter code KGOON.

If you have a different ball head & it works well, that is also fine.

Best Regards,

Michael

Apologies for the delay, cold bug... Anyway I will check out the local hardware stores, great ideas, thanks to you both. As for the vendor, the tripod was bought on eBay, good condition and boxed but without feet. I also bought a small Leitz ball head, which seems in very good condition, to partner it, so thanks for the advice Michael!

Does anyone else have any suggestions for tripod feet?

If it uses a 3/8" thread to connect the feet to the tripod leg, then standard feet from Gitzo (50mm diameter feet), or Leofoto (50 or 80mm diameter), or any of the other manufacturers will fit.

There are also spiked feet and mixed - where the spike is hidden by the rubber until you unscrew it.

I finally found these soft silicon caps that fits snugly over the charger end of the Apple pencil. Round with a slot cut on the inside, the slot looks way too small, but orientate the slot to the foot and push hard. It maybe helps to warm the caps a bit first, they stretch a bit. Of course you may need more than one set if you want the same colour feet.

Something like these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B06XJGL3S4/

Make sure they are soft not hard caps, this is the bit you actually want.

Cap

I think they look pretty good?
