jaapv Posted March 7, 2018 Share #1 Posted March 7, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I posted this one in the image thread: Welcome, dear visitor! When working on it, I found this @ 200% on the lower two strands of the mesh: Not bad at all, I would say, aliasing appears to be well suppressed. scott kirkpatrick Posted March 7, 2018 Share #3 Posted March 7, 2018 (edited) I went looking for Moire a week or two ago, and found some. Using the 55-135 is a good way to get a clear rendering of distant fine scale structures. I don't recall where I posted this, so again: C1010939 copy by scott kirkpatrick, on Flickr ISO 400 f/5.6@1/1600 sec. Delivering a clean image at more than 120 lines per mm (the frequency at which the CL's 24 MPx begin to create artifacts) is pretty impressive. I see on Flickr, that this 100% crop of the image has received more than 50 views, but no faves. Edited March 7, 2018 by scott kirkpatrick
