Finally managed to get more picture processed. Here is the progression after the peak. Time is in PST. All on M240. It is interesting to see changing light conditions.

6:27am after the peak. There is huge time gap since previous pic because we (my and 10 other photographers) waited for the gate of a pier to be opened so that we can get to a suitable place.

6:49am. Fortunately a wisp of cloud came that made this photograph beautiful

6:57am. Due to morning light the bridge lights are less prominent. I realize now that bridge looks more beautiful with less day light.

7:02am. I switched to 90mm for few shots. First time I used LR classics HDR feature on bracketed shots and it worked OK. For earlier shots the DR was too much for automatic HDR to handle. I had to manually fix blownup lit part of the moon from 6 stops underexposed shot.

Excellent processing Jayant. It's not easy to get texture on both sides of the moon under such extreme illumination.

...

Thanks. I had to do manual HDR with 6 (and more) stops underexposed shots to recover the highlights. It is surprising how eyes can see such a huge range.

In general I loved shooting M240 on tripod with LV. It was so easy. I had enough time to enjoy the progression.
