If I should have just one lens, it would be the 50mm Summilux ASPH. And I just sold it!

I know the feeling – sold my Summilux as I had 50 f2APO, technically preferable and lighter too. But just not the same somehow!

Other regret: a 35 2.8 Summaron. One showed up in London last month but was gone even before the shop opened the next day…...

I assume M-lens means something with an M mount.  Have a variety from Leitz, Zeiss and Voightlander.  Mine has got to be the 35f2.8 C-Biogon.  It is small and great for travel.  And may be the sharpest 35mm lens made according to Reid Reviews.  When I am really, really lazy I throw it on an M2.  Who needs anything else?

My biggest mistake so far …  :(

My favourite is the 35mm pre-asph summilux. A really great small versatile lens. If it went to 0.7m I would never have passed it on...

Trying a 28mm for now, slowly getting the hang of it after a month.

The 50mm Summicron v4. Is my go to lens, always. Lightweight. Renders the way I like for monochrome. Have gone thru many lenses, always intending to trim down. Current kit is Noctilux 1.0, Summicron 35mm v4, and this lens. Not tempted to buy any more lenses for the M.
