Chores are done...

The result of the Night Challenge was much closer than the Day one, but I am pleased to congratulate John Görten (satijntje), with his winning shot Nr 5 "Draft or bottle?"

Commiserations to Stefan Seider, with his shot Nr 6, "Meeting at the middle of the street", which was only 5 points behind.

Well done guys.

Thanks a lot, guys.

Congratulations to John, who got a well-deserved 1st place for an outstanding portrait. There is a brilliant simile, an original framing, and can I have a draft beer, please? :)

My best thanks also to everyone else, who joined the night shift.

(As a side note, I set the sensor to 6400 ISO and the amount of post-processing is actually minimal, the picture is almost straight out of the camera. These recent sensors are pretty impressive)

Thanks to all of you for the congrats.

My congratulations go to Stefan for his wonderful image!

@Lars: the member card shot was indeed taken a few minutes before the image with the lady at the bar (draft or bottle) was made

Hope to see you all in Mars...., ehhh Lyon

John

Thanks a lot, guys.

As a side-note, Peter Falk is an interesting name variation. I sometimes use the online-aliases C. V. Raman or Enrico Fermi, where the latter is apparently a dangerous one in Rome, since I don't speak Italian. Werner Heisenberg would go well with my accent, but is a tad too obvious; Albert Einstein definitely is.
