StS Posted November 19, 2017 Share #4 Posted November 19, 2017 Thanks a lot, guys. Congratulations to John, who got a well-deserved 1st place for an outstanding portrait. There is a brilliant simile, an original framing, and can I have a draft beer, please? My best thanks also to everyone else, who joined the night shift. (As a side note, I set the sensor to 6400 ISO and the amount of post-processing is actually minimal, the picture is almost straight out of the camera. These recent sensors are pretty impressive) Stefan

StS Posted November 20, 2017 Share #13 Posted November 20, 2017 Thanks a lot, guys. As a side-note, Peter Falk is an interesting name variation. I sometimes use the online-aliases C. V. Raman or Enrico Fermi, where the latter is apparently a dangerous one in Rome, since I don't speak Italian. Werner Heisenberg would go well with my accent, but is a tad too obvious; Albert Einstein definitely is. Stefan
farnz Posted November 20, 2017 Share #14 Posted November 20, 2017 Of course in Lars's case "Falk" is very close to "Valk" so I'm not surprised that he made the spelling mistake. Pete.
