So this is something else as people joking about your GAS Neil! The gear is being used and delivers stunning results, pretty much worth it!!

Cheers mate

I'm enjoying the TL2........ I've been struggling with the Noctilux on it though but I'm sure it's just a case of practice will make perfect.

What a fabulous looking bird, and flower!

Thank you Erl.............its amazing how far that combination can zoom in. I guess in 135 terms its equivalent to a 900mm :)

According to a friend it’s a sunbird [emoji7]

We have those here in Wisconsin. In winter, they fly in groups of around 200 to places like Florida and Arizona. ;)

Ive got 2 flying around my garden right now. My wife and her brother are in the process of adding some feeders and getting a nice perch set up in the garden so that on quite days here in Phuket I can enjoy sitting out in my garden shoot a few birds :) :)

Cheers mate......by the way the Noctilux is staying as I will need it for my new .............

Superb image, Neil. I have no idea what kind of bird this is but it seems very well equipped to get the nectar out of the long, slender blossoms.

Thank you Sir

After looking at the pictures on the M10 thread I'm thinking my TL2 are as good if not better so I think I will hold off for the new S8
