I've recently received my M10 and noticed the mirror behind the range finder window was in a rather unusual position compared to other Ms I have seen(including the M10 on display at the Leica store). The mirror seems to have been placed offset toward the left side of the window leaving larger than usual gaps on the right side of the window. Is this normal? Should I take it back for a replacement or there's absolutely nothing to worry about? I've attached a photo which hopefully helps explain what I'm on about. Thank you kindly in advance. jaapv Posted September 10, 2017 Share #4 Posted September 10, 2017 Elmarit I suspect? If the rangefinder works fine, I would say there is nothing to worry about. Maybe you looked through the window at different angles. Moreover, the mirror moves with the distance setting on the lens.
