Yes, I do a few of these each morning when I get out of bed. Helps me wake up.

 

Love the shot. Would also like to see the same against a dark backdrop. But I guess when someone decides to do this, you take what background is available. :->

DD--I'd love to be there with my camera when you do this. Of course, in order to shoot from the same height, I was doing the same movement while shooting.

 

Yes, the background is not what you would expect for a shot like this. It's what happens when photographers have to work with Art Directors :(. She chose the location and loved it--and we actually had a stage available with a black background. C'est la vie.

Very dynamic portrait, certainly enjoyable. Working with strobes and a white outfit would drive me batty... :)

Actually, this was shot using available light (large windows behind me) and ISO 640. I had lights with me but didn't want to set them up unless it was absolutely necessary. Most of the other portraits we did (seven others) were much less active.
