I have been considering getting rid of my S kit and it might be a good time with the price increase. It is a great system but I do not use it enough to justify keeping it. Plus it is just too much weight for my very bad back to lug around.

Times, Leica ownership, management, product line, etc. Have changed since 2005. I don't think they will see dark times in the short to medium future.

 I have never encountered a company that has an advertising campaign so saturated by the slogan... Buy now as the prices on our already very highly priced gear are going to go up.  I receive an Email a day as well as a web site notification .
