There is a definite bond of affection - note the paw on the shoulder - as they care for their cubs as a team. They are known in the area by everyone, and often they have names – one male is familiarly known as “Scarface” due to his many battles with other tough guys in the region. Welcome, dear visitor! war Posted March 10, 2017 Share #2 Posted March 10, 2017 This and the previous shot are terrific. Did you do any color?
Michael Hiles Posted March 10, 2017 Author Share #3 Posted March 10, 2017 This and the previous shot are terrific. Did you do any color? Thanks war, much appreciated. Nothing in colour. My wife uses her P&S and her i-phone, but I concentrate on B&W. A bag of Ilford XP2, an M2 (in this case) and a 200mm Telyt.
platypus Posted March 10, 2017 Share #4 Posted March 10, 2017 This is a lovely shot, it has that subtle difference that makes an image stand out from the crowd....we are treated to so many "Big Cat" portraits on the Forum, mostly repetitious, this is not!
