B-stand Posted February 18, 2017 Share #1 Posted February 18, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi. I´m wondering if anyone can share a file filmed with L-log and shot at a shutterspeed from 1/100s or faster and not higher ISO than 800 in 4K res. Thanks in advance / B

Thanks in advance / B Are you aware you want to shoot at a shutter speed of 1/50th if you are shooting 24 or 25fps? if you want your shutter at 1/100th, you would ideally be shooting 50fps. Best to set your shutter speed at 2x your frame rate.

scott kirkpatrick Posted February 20, 2017 Share #4 Posted February 20, 2017 OK, here's two seconds of 4K MOV file, shot at 25 fps, handheld, with a shutter speed of 1/150 using L-Log compression, so the highlights are really flat. ISO 200. All video settings "standard." https://flic.kr/p/Sfc3K9 When you play it, the as shot color balance will also be yellowish and there will be some luminance variation due to fluorescent illumination from warm low power lamps. If you want single frames, I guess you need to import it and expand to ProRes or similar editable format. scott
