I got my new M10 today and started my setup. Everything was going well until I I have been tried to connect to the wifi. When I go to the WLAN and select the Fuction Sub Menu, it turns on and you then hit the Join WLAN then it scans and finds my network. So far everything is fine until to you go to your network, it asks for the password, but the rear monitor keyboard will NOT type in the password ?

This type fuction on the monitor works fine when using in other menus, but will NOT type in the password. I reset the camera and tried other options, but it will not type. Has anyone experienced this problem, if so, please help !

Thanks for the feedback. I have entered my password dozens of times thinking it would connect, but It won't. I spoke with Tony at Pop Flash and he said he had another customer with the same issue. Hopefully it's just a firmware update, if not, I am hoping that I won't have to send it to Leica and wait months for the camera I've had for 5 days!

I contacted Leica regarding this issue. They replied it is fixed in the next firmware. They said it is a matter of weeks not month.

It should work to directly connect the phone via wlan of the camera

there is no need to send the camera back...its a bug in the FW.
