Next time you might want to use a polarizer to get rid of the glare on the dial glass. Also, even though it is more relevant to conventions of commercial product photography, it is a good idea to position hands in such a way that they do not obstruct letters on the dial. For watches with traditional uncomplicated dials, like this one, the best position would be 1:50 with the second hand somewhere around 20. Another detail that is a big no-no is a photographer's reflection in the watch. Remember the saying "a good photographer is like a vampire: he casts no shadow and does not reflect in mirrors" :)

I am still trying to figure out, what this thread is about: toys, lenses, or photography as an art form :)))

None of the above!  This thread is about images taken with the still relatively new M10 camera ;>)

The subject (cat/dog or partner or motorbike or street scene) is unspecified. Some images may indeed showcase the rendering capacity of a particular lens. Photography as an art form? Now THAT is a big ask! Typically test shots taken with a new camera are limited in artistic intent, as a scroll through this thread would indicate...  My understanding is that these threads are mainly about the capabilties of the camera concerned, in a range of shooting conditions.

By the way Irakly, your 'Things that Never Happened' series is sensational, and a true reflection of photography as an art form  :D

M10 with M-Rokkor 40mm @ F5.6, Uncropped

Glad I got the Billingham AVEA 5 case, in which this kit fits.  Carried it to work today and they were cleaning windows on our building (World Financial Center, Beijing)

I love commentary like this. Great feedback!
