I love the rendering of that picture......did you use a software filter in the PP

Wouldn’t surprise me if the greatest clue as to why you like the photo’s rendering is the time the photo was taken, if the time in the clock tower is accurate.

Hi Neil, no I didn't use any filter in PP.  I just exposed for the Pier itself, which made the sky darker, and the sun was low.  Plus the M10 sensor does seem to have a special quality with regard to rendering.  Much nicer than the M240 in my opinion

Yes the clock was accurate, the sun was quite low and there was a fine haze in the sky.
