Schneider made this lens in all possible mounts and versions over decades, but surprisingly few of them in LTM. This copy is clear but shows slight haze (in addition to hardened grease), so here are a couple of test shots before it goes on a CLA trip.

This lens is a wide-angle  for M39 cameras. It was designed on the basis of the Topogon optical scheme. Four miniature lenses in two groups. Excellent corners. The contrast surprises me.

Indeed. And virtually no distortion. The price to pay is, of course, the limited speed.
