markc2 Posted January 3 Share #14443 Posted January 3 Leica M8.2/135mm Hektor. I submitted this to a small town newspaper, and they picked it up for their front cover. This is a screenshot of the digital edition that they let me have (it's a mostly volunteer newspaper) I'm probably going to buy enough copies to put them into a 2nd printing 🙂 !!!! So, this Leica is still doing reportage!! Just jazzed to be doing this!!! Welcome, dear visitor! Both wide open, with 1st one @ rangefinder MFD (the conversion actually allows to go down to 45-50 cm with the EVF). Welcome, dear visitor! Thank you, Fabien. A bit busy at short distance, but it was a windy day and the berries were rather agitated, so this may be a factor. I tried my luck hoping that at least something would be in focus... Here's another from the same series (but a different species of berries, I think - these are clustered), also with the Dallmeyer SS 44/1.9 on the M11 @ f/1.9: Welcome, dear visitor! Ecar Posted January 3 Share #14448 Posted January 3 (edited) Focus target. Perhaps not as precise, but arguably more stylish than the LensCal. Same camera and lens as above, also wide open.
