John Z. Goriup Posted December 31, 2016 Author Share #4 Posted December 31, 2016 Nice picture. And I thought the Plaza faced the south side of Central Park. Thanks, Michael and Stuart................the one I posted was built in 1856, the Manhattan Plaza in 1907, so NYC, as usual, was only copying what they saw happening out West. John Z. Goriup Posted January 1, 2017 Author Share #6 Posted January 1, 2017 Another historic building that's also a part of the Mission San Juan Bautista complex. SL / 24-90 Vario-Elmarit - I'm becoming more and more comfortable & confident using this camera and lens combination for landscape work. I especially like all the readily available and easily accessible viewfinder features which greatly enhance & facilitate composing and focusing, resulting in a high degree of predictability and enabling me to consistently end up close to the 'pre-visualized'mental image I have of a particular scene............even more so than with the M240-P.
