Goriup Posted November 15, 2016 Share #1  Posted November 15, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) The papers have been talking so much about this week's "Supermoon", I actually went outside yesterday evening and took this image to see what all the excitement is about.  The weather has been clear and pleasantly warm the last few days, and I took this image at approximately 8 PM yesterday, about the time the moon was at its closest in years.  SL / 90-280 Vario-Elmarit APO - at 280mm, f16, 1/20th sec., ISO 200, Aoto-focus, -3 ev compensation - RRS tripod.
