Here's an image I took in Dallas last December with the M10 Monochrom in the 6th Floor Museum of the Dallas School Book Depository on Dealey Plaza. In case you don't recognize it, it is the window from which Lee Harvey Oswald shot JFK in Dallas. It was quite an experience to be in this place, using my Leica to get this image. Many people have commented that it is "eerie". It certainly makes the hair on your neck stand up. I think the combination of the Monochrom and 28 Summaron really helped make this image work.

I also have the Orion-15, which has a different 'fingerprint' as I expected.

The Summaron has these deep colours, & tends to be a bit dark. The Orion has colours which are lighter, more transparent so to say.

I've been concentrating on shooting with the Summaron-M 28mm f/5.6 that I traded away a Summicron-M 28 ASPH for. And I'm in love with it ... LOL!!!

Tread Marks - Santa Clara 2024
Leica M10-R + Summaron-M 28mm f/5.6

Rezinator, Standard profile is available . . . when coded.

But like all adobe profiles for Leica lenses (as far as I have seen now) it does introduce corrections (double???) like introduce a wavy element.

I set it on for you, but prefer 'off', as I don't like the hassle.

I also code my excellent Orion-15 (f6/28mm) as the Summaron 28mm.

Thanks very much for your reply!

However, for some reason my most updated version of Lightroom does not have it listed even though it is coded and the camera shows it in EXIF..,
