NERICSSON Posted November 2, 2016 Share #21 Posted November 2, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Anyone manage to replicate the Q b&w jpg in raw with LR and/or Silver efex? I find the jpg would be a good starting point for further enhancements in raw.

SonomaBear Posted November 2, 2016 Author Share #22 Posted November 2, 2016 Anyone manage to replicate the Q b&w jpg in raw with LR and/or Silver efex? I find the jpg would be a good starting point for further enhancements in raw. I'm sure that someone here, far more talented than myself, could create a custom LR filter to replicate the default values. Then you could modify the filter to match your jpg settings. vamp07 Posted November 2, 2016 Share #23 Posted November 2, 2016 I love Macphun's Tonality CK for B&W as a plugin to Lightroom. Another vote for Tonality. The stand alone app is wonderful.
BAASCH Posted November 29, 2016 Share #24 Posted November 29, 2016 Check out the Mastin Labs black & white film presets for Lightroom. I purchased the Ilford and Portra sets during the Black Friday sale (now finished). Results are impressive, and I'm told (by Mastin) that the Sony presets are best for use with my Leica X2 and X Vario (that have a Sony sensor). Which do you use?
