elansprint72 Posted June 11, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted June 11, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Dreadful bright but flat lighting conditions, a thick haze down to about 500ft and then a few minutes into the red Arrows display some jerk in a micro-light got into their airspace causing a long delay...... by which time the guys were low on fuel..... and they had to go. elansprint72 Posted June 12, 2007 Author Share #6 Â Posted June 12, 2007 Thanks guys; I'll play about with these (I took lots of them), not a single winner amongst them, although it was good practice trying to shoot very fast things! I think there could be stuff which can be salvaged in B&W- thank goodness this was just a day out with my son and his mate and not a commercial job! Â One thing I did notice, because the operational ceiling was so low, it was much more difficult to keep things in the frame- never thought much about this before; something doing 300mph at 300 feet appears to be going much faster than it does at when it's at 800 feet- kind of obvious really.
