war Posted September 9, 2016 Share #5 Posted September 9, 2016 Thank you Neuer, if you noticed on the first shot you can see a power hoist which can be used to hoist up parts and supplies for up keep and repairs.This idea of the buildings providing their own cranes and hoists as prominent features of the architecture became trendy back in the 70's with buildings such as Centre G.
