What about Capture One today?
In the last two years, it has also made great progress in supporting all Leica cameras.
It is the colors (good profiles) that surprise in it.

I really like C1's ProStandard color profiles and that is what I use with my SL2.  They do not have them for my SL or M240.  For the SL I bought the Cobalt-Image profile which works well for me.
