Gary, she is a film shooter and doesn't like "Digitals". She has a collection of old film cameras. She buys them on line, even if they don't all work well. All the shelves in her room are covered with different cameras! Best to all,

It is good in many respect - they learn better how to chose right exposure, film pictures is something very pleasure for looking at and finally she looks extremely fancy and pretty with that old Fujica! Louis Posted August 4, 2016 Author Share #12 Posted August 4, 2016 Shooting film is very popular, among youth in my town also! It is good in many respect - they learn better how to chose right exposure, film pictures is something very pleasure for looking at and finally she looks extremely fancy and pretty with that old Fujica! M I find this very refreshing. It is good for the younger generation to go to the "base". My daughter took photography when she was in high school and used to develop her pictures herself. farhiz Posted August 5, 2016 Share #13 Posted August 5, 2016 Some of my film habits have lived on in digital too. For instance, I find myself still being very selective of what I will photograph even though going digital has reduced the costs of taking a picture to a mere fraction of the film days. For instance, I find myself still being very selective of what I will photograph even though going digital has reduced the costs of taking a picture to a mere fraction of the film days. Same here. What I most enjoy about digital is working in Photoshop instead of a dark labs where you don't have the same flexibility as on your computer! But choosing a subject and to photograph a subject don't change much. I never go through my shots on the camera; I see them once they are downloaded!... I guess those who were already shooting during the film days have kept some good working habits.
Iduna Posted August 5, 2016 Share #15 Posted August 5, 2016 Louis, lovely, a touch of surreality and fairy tale (Alice in wonderland). That's the art, the second picture is also a classic. The next generation is on the way....that is nice to acknowledge
