Advertisement Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Hi sblitz, Take a look here At Israeli Day Parade - NYC; Portrait. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Pjay Posted June 8, 2016 Share #2 Posted June 8, 2016 What a character! You have captured so much of his personality in this shot that you can be forgiven for having the closest eye to the camera not as sharp as it could be. Looks like you were wide open ;>)
erl Posted June 8, 2016 Share #3 Posted June 8, 2016 Yes, great personality portrayed. I would crop a large slice off the LH side to increase visual strength. Pjay has commented that 'near' eye is not in focus. I say, so what. Why should it be. Then the 'far' eye would probably be OOF. None of that is really important. It is an image with impact. Sharp is a poor second in importance. Playing with focus would probably meanwhile lose 'the capture'.
