Advertisement Posted March 14, 2016 Posted March 14, 2016 Hi MT0227, Take a look here Which Liberty? . I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
XVarior Posted March 14, 2016 Share #2 Posted March 14, 2016 must be the one to his left as he's looking at it :-) Is this a mirroring or a montage?
MT0227 Posted March 14, 2016 Author Share #3 Posted March 14, 2016 Hi Rodrigue...actually, the real Liberty is the one on the right ; the left is a mirror. I leaned up against the marble wall to my the left, centering on the man in the middle; as soon he looked toward the left Liberty.....click! If you look along the top or bottom, you can see the shade change where the wall ended (about 40% center, left side of frame). Thanks for taking a look! MT0227 Posted March 14, 2016 Author Share #8 Posted March 14, 2016 Thanks Adam....the only significant color present in this shot would be a bit of light blue sky. No intense sunset this time, sky was mostly white with some blue. I tried both, color didn't seem to add much value so I went the B&W route. I've got a standing meeting at Brookfield Place every Friday from 3-4; I've been shooting around there from about 4pm until sunset for the last few weeks. Lets try to meet up, I plan to be there again this Friday...hopefully we have a nice sunset this time

alun Posted March 15, 2016 Share #11 Posted March 15, 2016 Very nicely done indeed! I was pretty sure it was a reflection but even so I guessed the real side and the reflected side wrongly.
