A miller Posted March 2, 2016 Share #4 Posted March 2, 2016 ha, ha. Looks like you shot this from the used gear line. In the market for a film camera, perhaps?
MT0227 Posted March 2, 2016 Author Share #5 Posted March 2, 2016 That's exactly where I was I was there trying out the Notci f/1; this was one of the test shots I took. I think I'll be in the market for a film camera soon, it's been some time since I've shot film.

A miller Posted March 3, 2016 Share #9 Posted March 3, 2016 it is a great lens. make sure it focuses spot on wide open at close range. if it doesn't, there is likely a focus shift and you might be able to get B&H to agree to have it CLA'd at Leica for free, which then you might be able to tack on a 6-bit coding for free. This is what I did with the 75mm lux that I bought from Adorama....
MT0227 Posted March 3, 2016 Author Share #10 Posted March 3, 2016 Thanks Adam...the lens is a middle serial number from the last production run. It looks to be more or less unused and per my receipt, already 6-bit coded. The gold hang tag was still attached to the lens case, it came in the box with the book and warranty card; no real sign of use on the mounting ring. The few test shots I took seem to indicate a nice example, I will give it a good once over soon.
