Two Traditional Japanese Bridges in Scotland

In the foreground the tribute to the famous eight plank bridge in the Tales of Ise, the Yatsuhashi and in the background the Sorihashi or more popularly known as the Taikohashi. This bridge was deliberately built with a high arch in order to call to mind the rainbow that bridges the earth and sky.

I just picked up a used M8 with under 1500 exposures from Leica Miami.  Currently have a Q3, and a D Lux7.  This is going to be a trip learning to really shoot all over again at 75!

this off the back porch today, with a new background compliments of photoshop.  Be nice, its a first try.   Mr Ding 50 1.1  250th F9
