At least, referring to his cloths, and bags, it did not appear so! ...  To me, he looked more like a napping "tourist" who may have had a little too much drink!.... But what worried me most was the space behind him. He was sleeping on a kind of wall, and if he had a bad dream or moved, he could fall about 30 feet the other site of the wall! ....
