Pecole Posted February 19, 2016 Share #1  Posted February 19, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) When I walked in my garden with my macro equipment (Leica R4 MOT and Macro-Elmarit 60), I intended to aim at flowers. The first thing that attracted my attention was an enormous butterfly's larva on a stone table. My first photo with my wife's fingertip gives an idea of the dimensions of the "thing". Then comes the entire beast, what I believe is the head and finally the supposed "tail". Going on, and after snapping a few flowers, I discovered some kind of grasshopper (locust?) : extremely difficult to portrait, because it was definitely not cooperative. Welcome, dear visitor!
