Advertisement (gone after registration)

On Christmas eve I bumped a mug of Milo onto the Instructions book for my M 246, ruining it completely (the book not the camera!).

 

Because the Brisbane Leica Boutique has now closed, I emailed Ryan Williams, the General Manager of Leica Camera Australia, not expecting a response until well into the New Year.

 

Imagine my surprise to get a prompt reply with assurance of a replacement at 9.42pm on 24 December!

I have cameras from several other manufacturers, and know for sure than none of them would have local distributors who are that responsive.

 

Pretty impressive...
