42942 Posted December 13, 2015 Share #1 Posted December 13, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi guys, I have recently been to Tokyo. Another planet for a European :-) And a painfully long trip by airplane. But it was worth it! Sharing some pics from my various wanderings through the city. The city is full of colors and you still find some places where modernity meets the past. All shots taken on Leica M7 using 35mm Zeiss lens and Fuji Provia 400 slide film. Sparkassenkunde Posted December 14, 2015 Share #2 Posted December 14, 2015 I like the style of your work, it has that cinematic feel that I really like in still photography. And the fact that it is done on film, makes it even more interesting for me Thanks for sharing!

elmarman Posted December 17, 2015 Share #6 Posted December 17, 2015 I went there in 1973 for 10 days when there were many 'Travel Restrictions' by the British Government . I had my Asahi Pentax Spotmatic and bought a 24mm f 3.5 and 105mm f2.8 SMC Takumar lenses cheaper than in UK but I had to pay Duty and Purchase Tax at Heathrow Airport on return !
