Hi guys,

I have recently been to Tokyo. Another planet for a European :-) And a painfully long trip by airplane. But it was worth it!

Sharing some pics from my various wanderings through the city. The city is full of colors and you still find some places where modernity meets the past.

All shots taken on Leica M7 using 35mm Zeiss lens and Fuji Provia 400 slide film.

Cheers,

Tibor

I went there in 1973 for 10 days when there were many 'Travel Restrictions' by the British Government . I had my  Asahi Pentax Spotmatic and bought a 24mm f 3.5 and 105mm f2.8 SMC Takumar lenses cheaper than in UK but I had to pay Duty and Purchase Tax at  Heathrow Airport on return !
