Leica S (Typ 007) Hot Pixels

So: Whatever you want to call them, for now I will call them hot pixels. They appear in blue and red. I wrote a long letter to a guy from Leica Germany. He said I should do the "factory reset" and the camera would do a pixel remap and the problem will be solved. It turned out this was not true, the problem still exists. And I cant find a certain pattern of how or when they appear. Here is an example:

Two 100% crops of: 400ASA / 2 sec / f 9.5 and 400ASA / 8 sec / f 19

(the pics have an exposure in Lightroom +1.20 and some other adjustments)

In the Leica User Manual it says on page 34:

Long exposure times can be associated with picture noise. To reduce this annoying phenomenon, the Leica S automatically takes a second
“black picture” (taken with the shutter closed) after pictures with slow shutter speeds. The noise present in this parallel picture is then digitally “subtracted” from the data for the real picture.

and:

With shutter speeds slower than 12s, the message "Noise Reduction" appears in the monitor.

However, in my experience the camera does noise reduction only from 4s and up. Thats how on one picture you can't see hardly any of those hot pixels, as noise reduction has been made (8s), but on the other picture (2s exposure) you see things you dont want to give to your client.

I was really hoping for the new firmware update to take care of this. But it doesnt.

We had another shooting a few weeks ago at 100ASA. The photos had similar, especially red, hot pixels in the dark areas. I will post photos later.
