EoinC Posted November 1, 2015 Share #8 Posted November 1, 2015 I keep coming to this shot that is, IMHO, one of the best I have seen lately!... Even the statue adds to the superb atmosphere! +1. There's a lot going on there, and the statue adds to the sense of people experiencing things going wrong.
MT0227 Posted November 2, 2015 Author Share #9 Posted November 2, 2015 Gents...I truly appreciate all of the kind words, thank you. It's amazing how much you can learn here by just looking and reading the constructive contributions by those who share it. Stuart/Adam..things should start to slow down for me in a few weeks; I can defiantly meet up across the river when it starts to get nasty. Louis/ EC...I walk past that statue every day, and I have to say, it freaks me out just about every time I see it. Id's say it certainly sets the tone for what it's like to commute down to this area of NY/NJ in the winter months.
Iduna Posted November 2, 2015 Share #10 Posted November 2, 2015 Fantastic capture. I know the place as well, and the background drama is giving a very good support for these flying attempts: one is fixed permanently and the other one is going to be blown away soon...
