albireo_double Posted November 14, 2015 Share #6 Posted November 14, 2015 I quite like (and now use) the Sun Sniper strap. Very quick to move the camera to shooting position and also quite comfortable. Does not get tangled and in the way like the original strap. Downsides are (a) need to remove it if I want to use the quick release plate (mine is screwed into the quick release plate but I still need to remove it when I want to shoot on a tripod - but it takes only a few seconds to unscrew it) and ( the carrying position, while comfortable, is exactly in the place where rivets usually are on jeans front pockets - which can potentially scratch the camera or lens (hasn't happened to me yet but I am still careful and tend to wear my shirt over the jeans when using the camera this way, just to be sure).
