I sent my 24mm in for 6 bit coding over two months ago and it is still not back. I was originally told it would take 3-4 weeks. I have two more lenses to go in, but am afraid to send them now. Has nayone else had a similar problem?

I got my 24mm coded after 3 weeks, i think they have a lot to do at the moments and its always a question if they have the rings they need at stock.

That's funny, I send in 3 lenses on the 14th of april.

A 24mm ASPH and 2 90mm Tele-Elmarits. I got the 24mm ASPH back 2 weeks ago. I still haven't gotten back the 2 90's. I called NJ on Thrusday to check on the 2 90's and got a call back yesterday saying the parts aren't in for them but they would have the parts the first week of June.

You should call NJ on Tuesday and check on your 24mm.

I shipped in a 90 f2.0 asph and 35 f2.0 asph on April 30. I got the receipt for repair on May 11th and the 90 showed up on May the 24th. Still waiting for the 35. Perhaps your 90's are older versions and they have a little different 6-bit coding.

Bill if that was a reply to me then yes my 90's are much older and the Tele-Elmarit type, f/2.8. One is so old it doesn't have the 90 printed on it and both were made in Canada.

Yes Ed, I should have addressed it at you. These were my 2 free codings for purchasing a 24. I might sell the 35 cron to get a lux and figured it would be worth more after coding but the 35 cron sure takes fabulous shots if I do my part. Hope you get the 90's back soon.
