I've had my Typ109 for about 4 years now but I've only just discovered a feature that is kinda useful, iZoom. It allows (jpg only) the lens range to be extended to 150mm (equiv) without loss of pixels. Not something I would use every day particularly as I always shoot DNG+Fine but in a pinch.............

I took this one today for a challenge on another Forum I am a member of, I find my Typ109 a great camera to have on me when I can't have anything bigger. I was on a morotcycle ride with no luggage carrying capability so my Typ109 was in a Domke Pouch on my belt.

Had a run out on my motorcycle over Dartmoor (Devon UK) today, the weather was a bit moody, couldn't not stop for a photo or 2. I did manage to get home dry though. I usually have my Typ-109 along just in case there are picture opportunities I find the 24-75 (equiv) focal renage covers most things, just wish it was weather sealed................
