Bill W Posted July 21, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 21, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) This might be a dumb question but in looking at some S lens for sale online, one mentioned that it had the latest software update installed. Do S lens require an update to software? I would have guessed that any software update would be to the S body and the lens just responds to signals from it. John McMaster Posted July 21, 2015 Share #2 Posted July 21, 2015 There are firmware updates for lenses, one a while back seemed to make the 120mm macro focus faster, and are loaded via the body. All updates are available from Leica on their website... john
