euston Posted July 14, 2015 Share #4 Posted July 14, 2015 This is very much my kind of garden and I know how difficult it is to photograph successfully. You’ve brought it off wonderfully well. I like the way the transition in focus matches the transition in colour with the yellows bowing out and the purples coming to the fore, literally. fotografr Posted July 14, 2015 Author Share #6 Posted July 14, 2015 Thank you for the thoughtful responses. I wish I had a photo of what this looked like before my wife did her magic. It was mostly weeds and dead grass. She did a similar transition in front of the house.

platypus Posted July 16, 2015 Share #8 Posted July 16, 2015 I really admire your/your wife's wild garden, it is exactly the garden I would like to have myself but simply don't have the talent, nor the climate to do so. It is great to be able to follow this beautiful wild garden's transitions throughout the year through your photos.
fotografr Posted July 16, 2015 Author Share #9 Posted July 16, 2015 Thanks very much for the comments. Dee, I think you underestimate yourself--but probably not the climate.
