Advertisement Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Hi pappde, Take a look here The new Digilux-2. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
dpitt Posted June 15, 2015 Share #2 Posted June 15, 2015 It certainly has the manual controls I like so much on my D2. And with 24MP and a sharp 28mm lens it can be cropped to the equivalent of a 90mm lens. (that leaves about 3 MP of usable pixels) So in a way, you have a limited 'digital zoom' capability. Not sure if it will have the mythical IQ needed to get to D2 status. Time will tell...
wda Posted June 15, 2015 Share #3 Posted June 15, 2015 It is a very different camera and reflects a decade or more of development and refinement in design.

earleygallery Posted June 25, 2015 Share #5 Posted June 25, 2015 Hallo Digilux-2 fans out there! Could the Q be the new Digilux-2? I know it has a prime not a zoom, but in any other aspect it is close. Denes If they fit a mid range zoom to a new Q model then it would be the closest thing to a Digilux 2, albeit with a FF sensor and much better performance.
