ECohen Posted June 4, 2015 Share #1 Posted June 4, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello to all, 2013 my wife and I went to France for a month. I'm a long time photographer, disappointed by Japanese camera design. I wanted a camera that was fun to use so I bought an X2 and took all these photos. http://www.evancohen.net/france2013/ The rest of the story: I love the design of the X2 so much, the menus, the feel, the build and it was a blast to use... but it was slow to focus. So early this week I took delivery of an MP240 w/35 and 50mm summicron. I guess you could say the X2 was my gateway drug. I hope you like my photos. Your opinions welcome and appreciated. dpitt Posted June 4, 2015 Share #2 Posted June 4, 2015 Congratulations with your new addiction There are worse things to get addicted to... I recently discovered the X2. It makes a fine companion for my M9. Works great having a 35mm X2 and then 50 or 90 on the M9 in stead of having to swap lenses al the time. Slow focus does not bother me that much. I use the X2 on manual focus and in zone focus mode at F5.6 or smaller most of the time.
