Coatings and anti-reflection measures probably have become better, but only marginally (a very few %). Any significant (ie 1/3 to 1/2 stop) shift is IMO extremely unlikely in the lenses that you mention (it would be interesting to know their 'T' stop - the Summarit has been 'changed' (re-rated?) recently I believe.
