Leica NJ did the following work on my M240 -  Adjust rangefinder Check complete meter system Clean image sensor Check and adjust for good working order Upgrade to current firmware (2.0.1.7) Replace leather covering  For all the above work, I was charged $0.00 USD, which included return shipping/insurance. It went in for the free sensor clean and came back with a new sensor and a complete check up. The camera was received in absolutly spotless condition. I'm not sure it was that clean when purchased new. Turn around was 33 days door to door which included the one week holiday shutdown. Last lens came back with the same issue after 30 days, I sent it back and wait other 25 days: the lens is still not perfect. Â Communication wise,: I got upset a couple of times. Â As per the price of repairs (some of them free) it's expected from a camera/lens that costs more than my used car: price wouldn't be justified. Â Beside above, great service.
