Tavira, a small town in the most South-Eastern part of Portugal (Algarve), remained mostly preserved and "human". Traditional architecture examples are abundant. Here are a few illustrations dating last week-end.

The bridge on the second photo dates more than 700 years, and was the seat of great battles during the 1383-1385 crisis that led to Portugal's independence.

Beautiful. I will be in Portugal starting Monday. Cant wait to roll out the Leica.
