grober Posted May 10, 2007 Share #1 Posted May 10, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) FEDEX delivered my requested Leica IR filter, cat#13 412, (49mm) this morning to my house on the western shore of the USA. I registered my need for this on the Leica website in early December. (FEDEX pax came direct from Germany.) Thank you, Leica. One filter left to go: Leica cat#13 414 (60mm). They tell me it'll ship in week 21. -g

Of course no guarntee's going through New Mexico Hey things are just fine here but the truck hasn't stopped here yet, perhaps mixed us up with Old Mexico! On the up side I have had a bad charger for about 2 months(D/C works, A/C doesn't) but Mile Leslie(Southwest rep) of Leica scrounged the country for one(harder to find than E60 filters!!) & darned if he finally corraled one for me! The local Leica reps DO CARE & that's nice to know. hasta luego
Bill W Posted May 11, 2007 Share #7 Posted May 11, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Guy, You are probably waiting for a 55 and those only exist in the vapors of a good martini which I am presently enjoying while admiring my filters. Actually I need a 55 for my 24 but I will probably be retired before I can get a LEICA formulated one. Does Fedex really go past west Texas?
